Refund Policy
I am always striving to improve my service quality. Below is my return and refund policy:
Return Period: You have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return. To request a return or exchange, please send an email to service@yiify.shop. I will assist you throughout the return process.
Return Conditions:
Products must be unused, undamaged, and free of stains.
Products must be properly packaged when returned.
Used or damaged items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Return Process:
Once I confirm your return request, I will provide you with the necessary shipping information for you to return the product to me.
If you choose your own shipping carrier, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you use my recommended shipping carrier, I will cover the return shipping costs.
Upon receiving the returned product, I will inspect its condition before processing the refund.
Refund Period: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, I will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Modification and Cancellation:
You can request to modify your order within 48 hours of placing the order.
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Delivery Failure: If your item has not been delivered within 30 days of purchase, please contact me for a free replacement or a full refund. (Note: This policy does not cover losses due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or packages lost during transit.)
Items ineligible for return: Products damaged due to improper use or human error are not eligible for return or refund.
